Terms of Service

These terms cover the room redesign website at roomredesignapp.com: the AI room-design service and the design credits sold on it. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. The room redesign iPhone app is also covered by Apple's standard licence terms when you use it through the App Store.

1. The service
You send a photo of a room and, if you like, a note. Our AI designer suggests a new design for the room, draws it, and finds products from online stores in your country that match it. You can refine a design by asking for changes.
- Designs are AI-generated illustrations. They show an idea, not an exact plan. Sizes, colours and how a piece fits may differ in real life. Check measurements before you buy anything.
- We do not sell furniture. Products link to third-party stores. Prices, stock, delivery and returns are between you and that store, and prices can change after we show them.
- The service may change, pause or be unavailable at times.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or an email link. Keep access to that account safe; you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. You can delete your account at any time; this deletes your designs and any credits left on it.
3. Credits and payments
- One credit = one complete design: the render and the product list. Asking for a change to a design uses one more credit. Your first design on a new account is free.
- Credits are sold in one-off packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits do not expire while your account exists. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Payments on the website are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and seller for the purchase. Creem's own terms also apply to the payment, and Creem handles tax, invoices and card details. We never see your card number.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
4. Refunds
- If a design fails, you are not charged. The credit is only used when a design is delivered; if something goes wrong on our side, it goes back to your balance automatically.
- If you are unhappy with a purchase, email mburaksayici@gmail.com within 14 days. We refund packs whose credits have not been used. Refunds are paid back through Creem to the original payment method; when a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed from your account.
- Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: room photos and room requests only, no sexual or NSFW content of any kind, nothing illegal, hateful or violent, and no photos you have no right to use. On the website, every note is screened by a content moderation service before an image is generated, and blocked requests are not drawn. We may suspend accounts that break the policy.
6. Your photos and designs
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to use them, and your notes, only to make and show your designs, which includes sending them to our AI provider (OpenAI) as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use the designs made for you for any lawful purpose, including sharing them. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and similar designs can be made for others.
If you create a share link, anyone with the link can see that design and its product list until you delete your account.
7. Things you may not do
- Use bots or scripts to call the service, or try to get around limits, payments or the content checks.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell the service or its output as your own AI service.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for products you buy from third-party stores, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close the service itself, we will refund credits that were bought and not used.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
